Phryne ia cast in one piece and is solid through out. smooth finish ,perfect in every detail, even down to her tiny fingernails. She stand semi nude with a nonchalant expressions if daring you to turn away. Was exhibited in 1893 at the world`s Columbian exposition in Chicago, in north court of the central pavilion in the art gallery building. his is a beautiful bronze sculpture and was cast using the "Lost Wax Method" it has a beautiful brown patina and is mounted on a marble base and is signed by artist Brutt.

The statue arrived with broken rod, cracked marble base. And broken rope. I was able to glue the rod and the rope. I disputed the charge with my credit card until the problem with the cracked base is resolved. Mr. Yan asserted tha he will ship a new base. So far I have not received any update. I’m not a happy customer because the statue had been damaged before it was shipped.
