Bronzhaus Shipping & Return Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be shipped within 1 business day, unless noted otherwise or in the case of bulk orders (freight shipments) extra 2-3 days for packing may be required. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please make sure that you provide a correct address or you may incur address correction charges or reshipment charges. Please also make sure to accept the package when delivery it attempted because if it gets returned to sender, you will be responsible for the actual reshipping fees. You authorize any additional charges under these circumstances.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
If your sculpture arrives damaged, you must email us photos and declare the damages within 7 days of receipt. Shipping insurance may not honor claims that are filed late. Please be sure to contact us immediately via email if you need to open a claim.
ORDERS WHICH DO NOT INCLUDE PREMIUM SHIPPING PROTECTION ARE LIMITED TO $100 OF INSURANCE COVERAGE BY DEFAULT. PLEASE BE SURE TO PURCHASE PREMIUM SHIPPING PROTECTION DURING CHECKOUT TO FULLY INSURE YOUR PACKAGE AGAINST LOSS, THEFT, OR DAMAGE
International orders (customers placing an order for delivery outside of the United States) are responsible for all import duties/taxes/fees. Bronzhaus is NOT responsible for any such expenses, these are always the responsibility of the receiver. As a United States seller, Bronzhaus is not authorized to collect any such taxes or duties outside of the United States, and we are not provided any information on if/what fees may be due in other countries. Such duties/taxes/fees are usually collected by the carrier who acts as an authorized broker for your local overseas government.
RETURN POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the received date. Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING - RETURNED ITEMS NOT IN ORIGINAL BOX WILL BE CHARGED A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
If the item you received is damaged, or was sent in error, please contact us and we will organize a replacement or refund.
Please note that for international orders we are legally not authorized to pick up any items for return from outside of the United States. In such situations it is the customer's responsibility to mail back any damaged items, and the customer may be reimbursed by the seller for shipping expenses stemming from a damaged item.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS / REFUSALS
Orders that are refused or rejected without prior approval may not be refunded or subject to restocking fees. Customers will also be responsible for any new shipping fees incurred because of the refusal. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us - do NOT refuse delivery as carriers assess fees for delivery refusal and return to sender.
There will be no refunds for orders refused for nonpayment of Duties and/or Tax fees with international Orders.
CANCELLING ORDERS:
All order cancellations require a cancellation reason, must be in writing in an email, and we must be notified before there is a tracking number. Once an order has a tracking number, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Any freight items, special order items, international orders, or items made per order may not be cancelled once order is processed even if there isn't a tracking number available.
CHARGEBACKS, CREDIT CARD DISPUTES, AND RETURNED PAYMENTS
Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re always happy to work with you to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. We kindly ask that you reach out to us first if something isn’t right with your order, so we can make it right in line with our store policies (which you agree to when completing a purchase on our website). If a dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal is opened before we’ve had a chance to resolve the matter; while we’re actively in communication; without contacting us first; or after the matter has already been resolved, a $50 administrative fee will apply, along with a cancellation fee equal to 5% of the total chargeback amount. The customer will also be liable to return any product(s) they are disputing, at their own cost (a return label will not be provided). If legal action is required to recover payment, any reasonable attorney’s fees, filing charges, court costs, or other related expenses will be the responsibility of the customer.
