This amazing piece of a black panther biting an small alligator symbolizes the animal wild life. The ways of them to survive are vicious but a must, these gorgeous creatures come from different types of cat families. It sad to say that we lose wildlife animals everyday for there own survival. The beautiful black panther sinks his teeth deep into the alligator tale trying to injure him bad to have him just give up. This sculpture was cast using the "Lost Wax Method" and has a brown patina. It is mounted on a marble base and this sculpture is signed by Barye.

The statue arrived with broken rod, cracked marble base. And broken rope. I was able to glue the rod and the rope. I disputed the charge with my credit card until the problem with the cracked base is resolved. Mr. Yan asserted tha he will ship a new base. So far I have not received any update. I’m not a happy customer because the statue had been damaged before it was shipped.
