This is a beautiful statue of Nefertiti. Her name roughly translates to "the beautiful one is to come". Famed throughout the ancient world and within our present world for her outstanding beauty, Nefertiti remains one of the most well known Queen’s of Egypt. Her head is adorned with a high head dress, with precision it is painted in blue, green, red and gold patina. Her chin is pronounced, her nose is straight and narrow, her eyes majestic and powerful and her cheek bones high. The detailing in this and her ears are truly remarkable. Around her neck is a wide collar necklace which in her day would be beaded with an elongated gold bead named after her called “nefer” and jade beads. On this sculpture this is portrayed by even more colors in patina. Her skin glows golden and this replica of the famous statue is one you are sure to admire year after year. This is made of 100% bronze and has a brown colored patina. Made using the “Lost Wax Method”and is signed by artist Aldo Vitaleh.

The statue arrived with broken rod, cracked marble base. And broken rope. I was able to glue the rod and the rope. I disputed the charge with my credit card until the problem with the cracked base is resolved. Mr. Yan asserted tha he will ship a new base. So far I have not received any update. I’m not a happy customer because the statue had been damaged before it was shipped.
