This is a captivating bronze study of the beautiful young classic dancer. When you look over the sculpture and the depth and warmth of the patina meet your eye, it sends a sense of calmness and gracefulness. It’s almost as if the sculpture is a picture of a lullaby in still motion. She points her left foot toe, carefully and gracefully she turns her body, even her fingers are positioned in a polite manner, as she tiptoes on her right foot. Her beautifully proportioned body is accented by the dress she wears. Creasing with gravity and fluid movement, the skirt is wide and flowing at the hips giving nice dimension to the her. Her face has delicate features, with full lips, a cute small nose, and wide innocent accepting eye. This sculpture was cast using the "Lost Wax Method" and has a brown patina finish. She is mounted on a black marble base and it has a classic feel. She is 100% bronze and 100% handmade. She is signed by the artist Bruno Zach.
