Shipping policy

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from our warehouse within 1 business day. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. Due to the fragile and heavy nature of our sculptures, specialized packaging may increase shipping dimensions and cost. We ship worldwide, and international customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees.

All shipments include basic insurance coverage up to $100 unless Premium Shipping Protection is purchased at checkout for full coverage against loss, theft, or damage. Shipping fees, insurance, and other non-product costs are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and retain all original packaging. Photo documentation (including the item and packaging) is required for any damage claims. Do not refuse delivery of damaged items, as this may result in additional fees and could void eligibility for claims or refunds. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping, though reimbursement may be considered in verified damage cases.
