The Marlin's name is believed to stem from the Marlinspike used by sailors, reflecting its sharp and distinctive spike. In this artwork, three Marlin fish are depicted in descending sizes, symbolizing a journey together. They are portrayed thrusting themselves out of the water, their tails almost completely free, showcasing their strength and agility. The intricate details of the sculpture highlight the Marlin's elongated muscular body, with a turquoise hue and a light bronze patina accentuating different parts.
