Leaning Slightly

This piece leans slightly to the right while mounted on the base. It is very noticeable. The gilding is applied sloppily. The casting appears rougher than those I have purchased in the past. Not as much attention to the final finishing and polishing as what I have seen before. I'm a little disappointed.
