While letting out a soft growl she walks forward one massive paw at a time. Her muscles are defined as she walks and her tail swings down by her side as she walks. Her paws are massive and so are her fangs, With one swipe or bite she can take her opponent down. She is a mighty lioness and is a creature of respect and loyalty. She is the protector, the hunter, and the caretaker of her pride. This gorgeous bronze was cast using the "Lost Wax Method" and has a brown patina. It is handmade and mounted on a marble base. This sculpture is signed by Barye.

The statue arrived with broken rod, cracked marble base. And broken rope. I was able to glue the rod and the rope. I disputed the charge with my credit card until the problem with the cracked base is resolved. Mr. Yan asserted tha he will ship a new base. So far I have not received any update. I’m not a happy customer because the statue had been damaged before it was shipped.
