Fabulous product and service

On time. As expected. Clearly Bronzhaus knows what they're doing. Thanks for the year end deal.

The statue is beautiful but was damaged when I received it. It was apparent that it was damaged before it was shipped. In essence, the seller shipped a damaged product!

The statue arrived with broken rod, cracked marble base. And broken rope. I was able to glue the rod and the rope. I disputed the charge with my credit card until the problem with the cracked base is resolved. Mr. Yan asserted tha he will ship a new base. So far I have not received any update. I’m not a happy customer because the statue had been damaged before it was shipped.
